Monthly design support — subscription terms

Monthly plans provide architectural design support — such as design development assistance, CAD/BIM modelling, 3D modelling and visualisation — within the scope and capacity agreed in writing for your plan.

Plans do not include statutory or council approvals, certification, engineering, or registered-architect services. Your practice remains responsible for professional sign-off and lodgement of its projects.

Essential A$1,490, Studio A$2,490 and Studio+ A$3,990 per month, in Australian dollars. GST treatment, the billing date, payment method and invoice terms are set out in your proposal and tax invoice. Billing begins once scope, capacity and schedule have been agreed in writing.

The production capacity, number of requests in progress and turnaround for your plan — including how capacity is measured and how unused capacity is treated — are set out in your written plan confirmation.

Each request includes a review stage. The revision rounds included with a request, and how further changes are handled, are agreed when the request is scoped.

Plans are month to month with no minimum contract term. The notice period for cancelling or changing plans, and when a change takes effect in the billing cycle, are set out in your written plan confirmation.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables, the handling of files you supply, and any confidentiality arrangements are agreed in writing before work begins. Files you share are used only to deliver your work.
