Custom projects are quoted on complexity, level of detail and the turnaround you need. Monthly design support is priced per plan, from A$1,490 per month.

You share your brief and files. We review them and come back with a quote and timeline, keep you updated as the work progresses, and send drafts for your feedback before final delivery.

Yes. Quotes include a set number of revision rounds, and further changes can be discussed if you need them.

We do not share your files or designs without your explicit permission. If you need a formal confidentiality agreement, ask us when you enquire.

Our services are design, 3D modelling and visualisation. Approvals, certification and lodgement need the appropriate registered professionals in your jurisdiction; we can work alongside them.

Monthly plans cover architectural design support: design development assistance, CAD and BIM modelling in Revit and AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and interior and exterior visualisation.

Each request is briefed and scoped individually, so you know what will be delivered before work begins.

Start with how much production you typically hand off in a month and how many projects you run in parallel. Essential suits smaller practices with occasional needs, Studio suits growing practices with overlapping deadlines, and Studio+ suits complex or multi-stream work.

If you are unsure, book a consultation. We will look at your current workload and recommend a plan — including when a one-off project would serve you better.

You can brief work across several of your projects. The number of requests in progress at any one time, and the production capacity included each month, are agreed in writing during onboarding.

Talk to us as soon as a peak is coming. Depending on timing, we can move you to a larger plan or scope the additional work as a separate project.

You have one point of contact. Briefs, files, questions and review comments go through a single agreed channel, and drafts come back to you for feedback before work is finalised.

We work in AutoCAD (DWG), Revit (RVT), SketchUp (SKP) and 3ds Max, rendering with V-Ray and Corona and using Unreal Engine for real-time work. We can adapt to other formats on request.

Yes. Share your templates, layer and naming standards, and we will work inside them so models and drawings drop straight into your files.

Every request includes a review stage. You comment on the draft, we revise, and the request closes when you approve it. The number of review rounds per request is set out in your plan terms.

No. Plans run month to month with no minimum contract term.

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan in line with the published subscription terms, including the notice period that applies to your billing cycle.

No. Monthly plans provide design and production support to your team. They do not include statutory or council approvals, building certification, engineering certification, or the services of a registered architect in your state or territory. Your practice remains responsible for the professional sign-off and lodgement of its projects.

No. Some clients come with a block of land and a survey, others with only an idea. We can help you shape the brief either way.

Approval requirements differ by state and council, and lodgement needs the right local professionals. We focus on design, drawings and visualisation, and can work alongside your builder, certifier or local architect.

Yes. We take on renovations, extensions and interiors as well as new homes.

Every custom project is quoted individually, based on the size of the project, the level of detail and the deliverables you need. A budget range in your enquiry helps us recommend the right scope.

A digital architectural model or scene, as described on the product. Most of our Ready Designs are supplied as 3ds Max scenes. The file format is listed on each product.

Ready Designs are digital products. Delivery details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Yes. Many clients start from a Ready Design and ask us to adapt it. Send us the product name and your brief and we will quote the changes.
