Privacy notice
How CubiCraft collects, uses and protects the personal information you share through this website.
Last updated 28 October 2026
01Who we are
This website is operated by CubiCraft Australia (ABN 84 801 447 984). You can contact us about privacy at info@cubicraft.com.au.
02What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, project location, budget range, project description and any files you choose to attach.
We do not ask for payment details on this website. Purchases of Ready Designs are processed by Shopify on CubiCraft's Shopify store, under Shopify's and our store's own policies.
03How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information.
Enquiries reach our team by email — sent either from your own email app or by an email delivery service we use to operate the website (Resend). When you send an enquiry through the website, we may email you a short confirmation. The website is hosted by Vercel, and Ready Design purchases are handled by Shopify.
04Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps a few small preferences in your own browser — for example, whether you have already seen the opening animation and which Ready Designs you have added to your selection — and these never leave your device.
If we add website analytics in future, we will use a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or collect personal information, and update this notice.
05Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our email, hosting and commerce providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
06Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cubicraft.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
